Terms & Conditions

Business details

The website is operated by EyeCon Optics, business/company no. 558599619, Main Street, Tamra, Israel. Contact: 054-485-8175 and eyecon.optics25@gmail.com.

Products and availability

Product descriptions, photographs and prices are presented in good faith. Minor visual differences may occur because of photography, screens and product variations. Orders remain subject to stock availability and verification. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, EyeCon Optics may contact the customer to offer an alternative, store credit, refund or another remedy required by law.

Prices

Prices are displayed in Israeli new shekels (₪). The amount shown to the customer during checkout is the transaction amount, subject to corrections required by law in cases of an obvious error. Any taxes required to be included in a consumer price will be handled as required by Israeli law.

Delivery and pickup

Delivery is offered throughout Israel within up to 7 business days. Delivery costs ₪50 for orders below ₪2,500 and is free for orders of ₪2,500 or more. Store pickup is available only after the customer receives confirmation that the order is ready.

Remote-sale cancellation rights

Cancellation rights for online purchases are governed by Israeli law. For ordinary goods, a statutory remote-sale cancellation right will generally apply within the period set by law, commonly 14 days, subject to exceptions and special rules. Where cancellation fees are legally permitted, they are generally limited to 5% of the transaction price or ₪100, whichever is lower. No cancellation fee is charged where the law requires cancellation because of a defect, non-conformity, failure to supply on time or another breach by the business. Certain protected consumer groups may have an extended cancellation period under law.

Prescription and customized products

Prescription eyewear or other products prepared to a customer's individual measurements or special requirements may be subject to different cancellation rules. Any limitation will apply only to the extent permitted by law, including rules concerning whether production has begun.

Exchanges and store credit

The store generally offers exchanges at the branch within 14 days for unused, undamaged products in suitable condition. Clearance items may be excluded from the store's voluntary exchange policy. These store policies do not reduce any mandatory cancellation, refund, defect or non-conformity rights granted by law.

Customer information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, delivery and, when introduced in the future, prescription information. EyeCon Optics may contact a customer to verify information necessary to process an order.

Accounts and security

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and should notify EyeCon Optics of suspected unauthorized use. The website may suspend activity reasonably suspected to involve fraud, abuse or a security risk.

Website use

The website may not be used unlawfully, to interfere with service operation, to attempt unauthorized access, to scrape protected data in a harmful manner, or to infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so is prohibited by law. To the extent permitted by law, EyeCon Optics is not responsible for indirect losses arising solely from events outside its reasonable control.

Changes

The website and these terms may be updated from time to time. The terms applicable to a transaction are those presented in connection with that transaction, subject to mandatory law.

Governing law

Israeli law applies. Any dispute will be handled by the court or forum having jurisdiction under applicable law. Nothing in these terms restricts a consumer's mandatory venue or procedural rights.
