The website is designed toward the requirements of the Israeli Standard 5568 for web-content accessibility at level AA, based on WCAG 2.0, as applicable under Israeli accessibility regulations. We do not describe the site as independently certified, and accessibility is reviewed as the website changes.
Accessibility features on the website
The website includes semantic page structure, keyboard-accessible links and controls, visible keyboard focus, a skip-to-content link, text alternatives for meaningful product images, responsive layouts, support for Hebrew RTL and English LTR, reduced-motion support, and a built-in accessibility menu with text-size, high-contrast, grayscale, link-emphasis and readable-font preferences.
Keyboard use
Use Tab to move forward between interactive elements, Shift+Tab to move backward, and Enter or Space where appropriate to activate controls. The skip link at the beginning of each page allows keyboard and screen-reader users to move directly to the main content.
Known limitations and continuous improvement
We continue to review new pages, third-party services and product content as they are added. If you encounter a barrier, please contact us and include the page, action you were trying to complete and the assistive technology or browser you were using if relevant.
Physical-store accessibility
The EyeCon Optics branch has the required accessibility arrangements in place, including an accessible entrance, accessible parking, accessible restroom access and an accessible service area. Customers who need a specific accommodation are welcome to contact the store before arrival so the team can assist.
Hearing accessibility
The website does not currently rely on essential audio-only content. If video or audio content is added in the future, EyeCon Optics will provide captions, transcripts or an equivalent accessible alternative where required.
